Clinical Massage Therapy for Recovery & Well-Being
At Semper Nexus, I offer high-touch, intentional bodywork focused on easing tension, restoring movement, and supporting lasting well-being. My practice blends sports and clinical massage with traditional Thai techniques, creating sessions that are precise, present, and deeply attuned to how your body moves, holds, and releases.
Whether you are an athlete, a high-performing individual, or simply carrying the weight of daily life in your body, each session is fully tailored to you. Together we focus on recovery, mobility, pain relief, nervous system balance, or deeper restoration.
About me
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (CAMTC) currently working with San Diego FC (MLS) through Jewel Physical Therapy and Wellness, Inc. I have experience supporting elite athletes, active professionals, and clients who value skilled, attentive care.
My approach is rooted in functional anatomy, careful listening, and refined hands-on technique. I integrate elements of Traditional Thai Massage, including assisted stretching, rhythmic pressure, breath awareness, and mindful movement patterns that bring both therapeutic depth and a calming quality to the session.
Each session is structured, deliberate, and adaptable, meeting you exactly where your body is on that day.
